Banned Programs
Banned are programs that are banned from being advertised in the Revenue Magic Advertising Community due to various reasons including, but not limited to, being potentially illegal, unregistered securities, nonviable business model (ridiculous claims, etc.), and, on occasion, owned/operated by persons with a bad track record of product/service delivery or admin support as experienced by the owner of this Blog. Oil Structure – Banned!

Folks, This program, Oil Structure, is obviously an illegal unregistered security and quite probably a ponzi scheme because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to sustain the rates of return they are talking about.
Paying 2% a day? Are they nuts?
Notice, too, the only payment methods are payment processors that allow no recourse for fraud. Of course no credit cards are accepted, no Alertpay and they aren’t even accepting SolidTrustPay.
What scares/bothers me is the high traffic rank they get at Alexa indicating there are a lot of seriel promotion crooks pushing it and that a lot unsuspecting investors who have gotten sucked in.
Don’t be sucked and most certainly submit advertising for this program in our community as it will be rejected.
Be careful and use your head.

Members Update – Eagle Research Intro

We had a fantastic members update and fireside chat tonight!
We talked about the launch of The10KTeam to help you build your SuccessQUIK and ResidualQUIK downlines.
Plus… we reminded all of our members that Cash Gifting is ILLEGAL and to be careful of the proliferation of more and more sophisticated scams of this ilk.
We were also were pleased to introduce Lynn Edgington of Eagle Research Associates to our members. Lynn and his non-profit Eagle Research is an Internet Scam Research and Education System.
Lots and Lots of good stuff tonight in the main presentation, the introduction of Lynn and the free flowing Q&A with Lynn that followed thereafter.

Newly Banned – GoodleAdz

All I can do is to shake my head in wonder. It’s gone from being funny to being sad.
These people that launch these unregistered security programs that are almost always ponzi in their format just don’t seem to get it.
A recent addition to the Banned List here in our community is Googleadz.com. The model, the math, everything is essentially identical to failed models, multiple failed models, many of which have been successfully prosecuted by the government.
(Check out our friend Patrick Pretty and his blog for lengthy discussion and analysis of these types of ponzi programs)
Worse yet, for the unsuspecting participant, the government can, and does, exercise “clawback provisions” where proceeds received from participation in ponzi schemes can be seized by the government. Prime examples of this are the fight over the funds remaining from the Madoff Ponzi and the 12DailyPro Debacle.
So, even if you DO make money in programs like this, you are still forced to always look over your shoulder, wondering if you’ll be next to have your gains seized at some point in the future.
Anyway, just be careful out there. And, remember, you are not permitted to advertise Goodleadz in our community. Ask yourself, then, if this is something you want to be involved with at all.

Data Network Affiliates – Banned Since 2/10

Our Quik Family members are well aware that Data Network Affiliates (DNA) has been banned in our community since February, 2010.
However, as Cinderella would say, the DNA story just keeps getting Curiouser and Curiouser. LOL
Our good friend Patrick Pretty has just published an update on his Blog.
As always, it’s entertaining reading! LOL
Be careful out there, use common sense and always check our banned programs list.

Newly Banned – MasterSurfs

What is it with people? Do they really think that they can launch a program with a business model EXACTLY like those that have been shut down and successfully prosecuted as ponzi schemes and get away with it?
There must be a LOT of stupid people out there. (Yikes!).
But, not our savvy Quik Family Members! We all know these types of programs are illegal, unethical and immoral (just like cash gifting).
Anyway, our newest addition to the Banned Programs Hall of Shame is MasterSurfs.com which is exactly like the 12DailyPro Scam that illegally scammed thousands of people a few years back.
Obviously banned from being advertised in our community, and, if you want to stay out of jail, do not participate period.
Be careful and use your head when participating in online income programs.
